Affidavit of Service

The affidavit of service is included in the fees when a legal document is served. It is usually signed by a commissioner of oaths. Based on the originating province of the document and the requirements of the court, the document may be required to be notarized by a lawyer.

Here the process servers must provide an affidavit of service as evidence that a legal document was served. This sworn statement must be provided by a process server and will explain to a court how, when, and by whom the legal document was served and where the service took place.

Document Retrieval

We can pick up your documents within the city of Fredericton and surrounding areas at no extra charge.
